Do you issue a valid invoice?
Yes, we issue invoices with a German VAT number for both individuals and companies.
Can my company pay for my membership?
Yes, your company can pay the membership fee for you. This option will be appear during the registration process under the payment method. Group purchasing for multiple employees under the same account is currently not available.
Am I too old/young to start learning Ecommerce SEO & AI?
Our oldest SEOLAXY member was 56 when he started learning SEO, now he is 60 and working as an SEO Specialist. Our youngest member was 16 when he joined the SEOLAXY and is now teaching SEO at the NYU.
Which company is behind the SEOLAXY?
The SEOLAXY is a project of the German company BIGBURG GmbH.
What is the difference between the available packages?
With lifetime access, you instantly unlock all current and future masterclass lessons, the “Hockey Stick SEO Audit Checklist”, and you can buy gems on demand. With subscription access, you receive 970 gems monthly, which you can use to unlock masterclass lessons and resources or ask questions, and you can also buy gems on demand.
Can I share my account with someone else?
No, it is not possible to share the account with multiple people. Those who attempt to do so will have their account deactivated without any prior warning.
Which payment methods are available?
The available payment methods are Credit/Debit Card and PayPal. If you choose the annual payment option, you can also pay via wire transfer.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, we have an affiliate program. Every SEOLAXY member gets a referral coupon with which both he and the new user get 200 gems each.

I paid but I can’t log in. What should I do?

Please forward the payment confirmation to accounting@seolaxy.com. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
If I decide to cancel my membership, do I still have access to the SEOLAXY content that I've paid for until that moment?
Yes, you will have access to the content you paid for until the cancellation of your membership. However, you will no longer have access to the community, and you won’t be able to ask questions.
How long do I have to wait for a mentor to answer my question?
It depends on the complexity of the question. However, the average response time is four to five business days.
How can I cancel my membership?
The subscription management option is available in the “Subscription” section within your profile.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
You can upgrade your membership by going to your profile and clicking “Upgrade your level” under “Package level” section.
How can I top up gems?
Whenever you run out of gems, a popup message asking if you want to top up gems will appear on your screen. Another way to get more gems is to go to “Buy Gems” section within your profile.
I registered for the exam, but I have other commitments at that time, so I won't be able to attend. Is it possible to get a refund?
We care about the satisfaction of our members and always try to accommodate whenever possible, but unfortunately, that’s not possible in this case. We kindly ask that you carefully check the date and time of the exam and whether it fits with your commitments before submitting your registration.
